Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services Description
Diligent Designs provides professional interior design services including but not limited to space planning, color consultation, furniture selection, and project management for residential and commercial properties.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their project requirements, timely feedback on design proposals, and payment according to agreed terms. Clients must also ensure access to the project site as needed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, a deposit is required to begin work, with remaining payments due according to project milestones.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and materials created by Diligent Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the designs for their intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to contractor availability, material delivery, or client changes.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in individual project contracts.
